Positive: The Hotel was so clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. They out of their way to make sure thay everything up to standard l, which was high to begin with. Its worth noting that the elevators are impressive, you dont have to wait as you would in other big hotels. Special thanks to Yazid from Reception, cafe tenders Dima and her colleagues, Breakfast staff for day in-day out consistent excellant service.
Negative: Nothing to complain about.
Summary: Clean & Hospitable. My first choice in Amman.
